Terms of use

Last updated 1 November 2026

These are the rules for using Kreator, written to be read. By creating an account you agree to them. If something here is unclear, ask us before you rely on it.

What Kreator is

Kreator is a workspace for planning, writing, filming, scheduling and learning from your content. Kreator can also suggest ideas, hooks, scripts, shot lists and captions. Kreator doesn't post to your social accounts for you — you post, Kreator reminds you and keeps the record.

Your account

Your work is yours

Everything you write or upload, and everything Kreator generates for you, belongs to you. You give us only the permission we need to store it, show it back to you and run the tools you ask for — nothing more. We don't claim it, sell it, or use it to advertise.

Kreator's suggestions

Kreator writes its suggestions with an AI model (Google's Gemini), so they can be wrong, generic, or similar to something that already exists. Treat it as a draft: check facts, claims and anything that could affect someone's health, money or safety before you publish, and make sure what you post follows each platform's rules and respects other people's rights. Kreator aims to leave blanks for things only you know rather than invent them, but you're the editor.

The free week and Pro

If you don't subscribe, or you cancel

Nothing is deleted. You can still sign in, open, edit and export everything you made. Starting new pieces, Kreator generations and posting reminders pause until you subscribe again.

Fair use

Please don't:

We may suspend accounts that do. Where we can, we'll tell you why and let you export your work first.

Leaving

You can export everything and delete your account at any time in Settings → Account. Deleting removes your account and content for good — see the privacy policy for what's kept and why.

The honest limits

We work hard to keep Kreator running and your work safe, but we can't promise it will never be unavailable or never lose data — keep exports of anything you can't afford to lose. Kreator is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses (like lost income from a post), and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the problem. Nothing here takes away rights you have under consumer law where you live.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll email you and show it in the app before it takes effect. The date at the top always shows the latest version.
